02How a quote works

Brief us once. Get one price back, freight included.

    Brief us

    What you need, how many, the artwork and logo rules, the delivery address and the date you need it. A solicitation number if there is one.

  2. 02

    Sourced and priced

    Two or three supplier quotes, production and shipping times confirmed in writing, and one price back to you with freight included.

  3. 03

    Proof, deliver, invoice

    Proofs approved with you before anything is produced, shipment tracked, delivery receipts kept. Defense buyers are invoiced through PIEE.

If a solicitation names a brand, tell us. We’ll quote the named product or an equal, and say which.

03The rules we work under

Small buys, done by the book.

  1. 01

    Under $15,000

    Buys this small can go on a government purchase card without a formal competition. We accept the card, and we’re built for reorders.

  2. 02

    $15,000 to $350,000

    Between the micro-purchase and simplified acquisition thresholds, buys are reserved for small businesses when two or more can compete. We’re one, and on these buys we can supply any manufacturer’s products.

  3. 03

    Performed in-house

    On larger small-business set-asides the awardee must do at least half the work itself. Our campaigns are planned, produced and run by our own team, and we document it.

Thresholds in effect since October 1, 2025. Each solicitation’s own terms govern.
