Long Island, New York · Small business
Recruiting and outreach campaigns for government, end to end.
Muster Point Group plans, produces and runs recruiting, enrollment and public-information campaigns for public agencies, and supplies the branded items, printed materials and signage those campaigns hand out. Strategy, creative, media, websites, video and reporting, done in-house by one accountable team.
01Two desks
One vendor for the campaign and everything it hands out.
The outreach practice earns the attention. The supply desk delivers the goods that go with it. Buying both from one small business is simpler, and the pieces are made to match.
Outreach
Campaigns that reach the people a program needs.
Recruiting and enrollment campaigns, public outreach and awareness, paid social and search, websites and landing pages, video and short-form content, lead capture and follow-up automation. Planned, produced and run by our own team, reported weekly.
The outreach practiceSupply desk
Branded goods, print and signage, quoted fast.
Recruiting giveaways and promotional items, printed collateral, signs and banners, decorated apparel, displays and exhibits. Sourced from vetted suppliers, priced with freight included, proofed with you before anything is made.
The supply desk02How agencies buy
Built for the way public buyers actually purchase.
01
Under $15,000
Buys this small can go on a government purchase card without a formal competition. We accept the card, and we’re built for reorders.
02
$15,000 to $350,000
Between the micro-purchase and simplified acquisition thresholds, buys are reserved for small businesses when two or more can compete. We’re one, and on these buys we can supply any manufacturer’s products.
03
Performed in-house
On larger small-business set-asides the awardee must do at least half the work itself. Our campaigns are planned, produced and run by our own team, and we document it.
Thresholds in effect since October 1, 2025. Each solicitation’s own terms govern.

05Leadership
