Outreach
Campaigns that reach the people a program needs.
Recruiting, enrollment and public-information campaigns for government agencies, planned, produced and run by one team, and reported every week in plain language.
01What we do
Six things, done in-house.
Recruiting and enrollment campaigns
Fill classes, rosters and programs: creative, media and follow-up aimed at the people who qualify, with every inquiry tracked to its outcome.
Public outreach and awareness
Put a change in service, a deadline or a benefit in front of the residents it affects, through the channels and languages they actually use.
Paid social and search
Placed, measured and adjusted every week, with spend reported to the dollar and tied to the leads it produced.
Websites and landing pages
Pages built to be found, to load fast and to convert, accessible by design and owned by the agency.
Video and short-form content
Produced for the feeds and screens where the audience already is, from recruiting spots to how-to explainers.
Lead capture and follow-up automation
Forms, texts and emails that answer every inquiry promptly and hand warm leads to your staff with their history attached.
02How it runs
Plan, produce, run, report.
01
Plan
Who needs to act, what they need to hear, and where they’ll hear it. A written plan with a budget and a schedule.
02
Produce
Creative, copy, pages and video made by our own team, reviewed by yours before anything runs.
03
Run
Media placed and managed daily. Inquiries captured and routed the same day.
04
Report
A weekly report on reach, leads and cost per result, in plain language, with what we’re changing next.
03Why it matters
Performed by our own team. On set-asides, that is the rule.
On larger small-business set-asides the awardee must do at least half the work itself. Our campaigns are planned, produced and run by Muster Point Group staff, and we keep the records that show it. You also get one accountable team, one report, and one phone call when something needs to change.
Every week you see reach, leads and cost per result, with spend reported to the dollar and the next changes spelled out.
